Refund and Warranty Policy of Braumach PTY LTD

By purchasing any product from Braumach PTY LTD, whether through online platforms or in-store ("over the counter"), the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility and Limitations

1.1 Refunds shall be issued solely for the purchase price of the item(s) and expressly exclude any associated shipping or handling costs incurred at the time of purchase.

1.2 Refunds shall only be processed upon receipt of all purchased items returned in a timely manner, in their original packaging, and in "as new" condition, meaning undamaged, unused, and suitable for resale. Incomplete returns or items not meeting these criteria may result in a delay, reduction, or denial of the refund amount.

1.3 Buyers are strongly advised to document the condition of returned items, including photographs of the items and packaging, to facilitate the refund process.

1.4 Refunds shall not include any additional costs, fees, or charges incurred by the buyer through third-party services, including but not limited to mechanical shops, fitting technicians, or other service providers.

2. Return Period and Process

2.1 Braumach PTY LTD offers a 30-day money-back return period, commencing from the date of purchase, during which buyers may return items for a full refund, subject to compliance with these terms.

2.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returned items must be received at the designated return address within the specified 30-day return window.

2.3 Items returned after the 30-day period may be eligible for a replacement under the warranty provisions outlined below, subject to inspection and approval by Braumach PTY LTD.

3. Warranty

3.1 Unless otherwise specified, all items are accompanied by a 12-month replacement warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

3.2 The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use but expressly excludes items used in race performance vehicles, taxis, or rental vehicles unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3 For warranty claims made after the 30-day refund period, buyers must return the item for inspection. Upon receipt and verification of the defect, Braumach PTY LTD shall, at its discretion, provide a replacement item at no additional cost to the buyer.

4. Free Postage and Associated Fees

4.1 Items marked as "Free Postage" are subject to shipping and handling costs borne by Braumach PTY LTD. In the event of a return due to buyer’s remorse (i.e., non-faulty items), the refund amount shall be reduced by the applicable postage and handling fees, as follows:

  • Items weighing up to 500 grams: $10.50 deduction;
  • Items weighing between 500 grams and 1 kilogram: $12.50 deduction;
  • Items exceeding 1 kilogram: Deduction equivalent to the initial postage fees incurred.

4.2 Buyers acknowledge and agree to these deductions upon purchasing any item marked as "Free Postage."

5. Return to Sender (RTS)

5.1 Items marked as "Return to Sender" (RTS) by the buyer, including incorrectly purchased or unwanted items, shall incur RTS fees charged to Braumach PTY LTD’s account.

5.2 RTS fees shall mirror the postage and handling fees outlined in Section 4.1. For items purchased with "Free Postage," both the initial delivery fees and RTS fees shall be deducted from any applicable refund.

6. Fitting Costs and Liability

6.1 Braumach PTY LTD shall not be liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of items, whether correct or incorrect, including but not limited to labor charges by third-party service providers.

6.2 In the event of an issue with an item, buyers must contact Braumach PTY LTD directly to arrange a return or resolve the matter prior to incurring additional costs.

7. Condition of Returned Items

7.1 Refunds shall only be issued for items returned in a resalable, "as new" condition, packaged in their original packaging.

7.2 Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged in any manner shall not be eligible for a refund...

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1 In the event of a refund processed through a chargeback or bank dispute, Braumach PTY LTD reserves all rights under applicable consumer law to request the return of the item(s) or seek recovery of the equivalent purchase price.

8.2 Failure to return the item(s) or settle the outstanding amount may result in the debt being classified as outstanding and pursued accordingly.

9. Debt Collection

9.1 Braumach PTY LTD reserves the right to engage third-party debt collection services to recover any outstanding debts arising from unpaid refunds, chargebacks, or other breaches of these terms.

10. Contact

10.1 For inquiries regarding returns, refunds, or warranty claims, buyers are encouraged to contact Braumach PTY LTD directly prior to initiating a return or incurring additional costs.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Braumach PTY LTD reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion, with updated terms applying to all subsequent purchases.
